SELF CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS (SCBA)
AND EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT –
FORT SMITH FIRE DEPARTMENT
FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS
The City of Fort Smith Fire Department is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the provision and delivery of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) equipment, spare cylinders, and related accessories contained in RFP 4801-0814-BA.
The procurement is supported in part by a FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG), Award Number EMW-2024-FG-00911. The procurement process must adhere to all applicable Federal Procurement Standards under 2 CFR §200, including but not limited to the Davis-Bacon Act (where applicable), domestic preferences for procurement, and equal employment opportunity regulations. All federally required contract provisions will be incorporated into the final contract.
All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal which is available on the City’s website at www.fortsmithar.gov/government/departments/finance or may be obtained by emailing purchasing@fortsmithar.gov . All proposals must be submitted by mail or hand delivered in a sealed envelope with the RFP number clearly written on the outside packaging to the address below and received no later than 10:00 AM Aug 14, 2026.
