Synopsis - Golf Carts for West Point Graduation at West Point, NY

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the Golf Carts for the 2025 West Point Graduation, at West Point, NY.

The period of performance will be from 22 May 2025 – 26 May 2025.

This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 336999, All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing, size standard is 1,000 Employees and PSC is 2310.

• In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.


• Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).

The solicitation will be issued on or about the week of April 16, 2025 in electronic format only and will be available on the Unison Marketplace at: https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.

Solicitations (Quotes) and additional supporting documentations (If required) must be submitted and uploaded through the Unison Marketplace at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.

In order to be considered for award, product specification data sheets of the Golf Carts must be uploaded into the Unison Marketplace at the e-mail address listed above. All interested offerors must check the dates in the Unison Marketplace and any updates in SAM.Gov for the Golf Carts, Solicitation W911SD25QA064. The completed solicitation and product specification data sheets must be uploaded into the Unison Marketplace by the date and time specified in the Unison Marketplace in order to be considered for award.

The Solicitation W911SD25QA064 for the Golf Carts has been posted on the Unison Marketplace. All interested offerors must submit their product specification data sheets and completed Solicitation W911SD25QA064 with their pricing and with all the full text clauses filled in and uploaded into the Unison Marketplace no later than April 23, 2025 by 12 pm. Eastern Time, in order to be considered for award. The Requests for Information (RFI's) are due no later than April 21, 2025 by 11 am. Eastern Time through the Unison Marketplace.
