High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Parts for Sustainment and Repairs FY24

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) N0001925F2115, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0007 to Raytheon Missiles and Defense of Tucson, Arizona (Raytheon) for High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) parts for sustainment and repairs of the HARM program.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” per Justification and Approval (J&A) No. 23-0101, approved by the Director, U&W Procurement Department on 24 August 2023 – redacted version attached to this announcement.
