IMPORTANT DATES AND INFORMATION

I. Mandatory Site Visit: All Quoters must attend at no cost to the Government, a Site Survey:

When: Tuesday, December 17, 2024, from 10:00am to 12:00pm ET.

Where: US Food and Drug Administration, Muirkirk Research Complex in Laurel, Maryland.

Firms are to arrive no later than 9:30am ET. The Quoter must electronically provide to the Contracting Officer (CO), Sheneil Green at Sheneil.Green@fda.hhs.gov no later than 9:00am, December 16, 2024, the below information. All attendees must have a valid Government issued ID:

• Full name and telephone number of individual attendees


• Company Name, address, and telephone number.

The CO will provide the specific site visit location and point of contact information via confirmation email.

II. Question Deadline: Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 12:00pm ET. Questions related to this procurement shall be submitted via email to CO at sheneil.green@fda.hhs.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. Questions received after the deadline will not be considered. Responses will be posted to SAM.gov.

III. Quotation Deadline: The deadline for receipt of quotations in response to this requirement is Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at 12:00pm ET. Quote submissions are to be submitted to the CO using subject line “75F40125Q00050 – CVM Evaluation of Biological Safety Cabinets”. Quoters shall not submit electronic documents using Microsoft Office Suite products that contain the use of “macros”.
