The City of Centerville is seeking qualifications from experienced designers interested in providing creative services for various city projects. Selected individuals will be placed in a qualified designer pool and may be contacted for short-term or long-term projects.

Projects may include, but are not limited to:

• Event flyers
• Promotional graphics (such as logos, decals, etc.)
• Social media artwork
• Posters and signage
• Various community engagement materials

The City of Centerville intends to select multiple designers to build a wide range of creative styles and availability. Selected designers will be contacted when projects arise. Assignments will generally be project-based and independently managed.

• Designers will be compensated based on completion of projects
• Applicants should submit relevant pricing information as part of their application

• Provide timely and efficient support for the City's growing visual communication needs
• Continue to establish Centerville as a leader in community engagement

• Open to professional graphic designers, including freelance designers
• Local and regional designers encouraged
• Must have experience in graphic design, visual arts and other related creative fields
• Must be able to meet deadlines and communicate professionally
• Must have familiarity with direct mail sizing and design standards

• 8-10 examples of relevant past work
• General turnaround times for projects
• Artist statement
• At least two professional references
• Rate schedule (either standard hourly rate or example project pricing)
• Resume
• Any additional information the designer feels is reflective of their ability or style
