Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums or project updates.
There will be a pre-bid conference on August 18, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., by way of teleconference or in person (Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock (8th Floor)). All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
