The Town of Sedgwick has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for water storage tank rehabilitation.
The Town of Sedgwick is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from East Arkansas Planning & Development District by emailing Miranda Sullens, msullens@EAPDD.com
All interested parties must submit three copies of their response to the Request for Qualifications package to The Town of Sedgwick c/o Mayor Stanley Debow, PO Box 132 Sedgwick, AR. 72465. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted no later than 4:00 pm, August 17th, 2026.
