NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Trane U.S. Inc., under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) sole Source.
Urgent Trane Chiller System Diagnostic at Bldg 1739 at Wingate High School. The anticipated delivery is August 31, 2026.
