NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Statements of Qualifications will be received by Hempstead County, Arkansas for the following:
UNTIL: Tuesday, August 25th, 2026, 5:00 p.m. CST
RFQ: Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center - Construction Management (AGENCY)
Hempstead County, Arkansas (the “County”) invites interested qualified firms to provide Construction Management Services on an agency (advisory) basis for capital improvements to the Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center, 2001 South Main Street, Hope, Arkansas. The improvements are funded by a voter-approved bond issue.
This solicitation continues the Request for Qualifications for this project published on July 19 and 26, 2026, revised to reflect the current agency delivery method and schedule.
Firms that already requested the RFQ packet remain plan holders and do not need to request it again.
An optional pre-submittal walkthrough will be held at the Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center, 2001 South Main Street, Hope, AR 71801, on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
The County is concurrently soliciting a separate RFQ for Professional Design Services. The selected design firm and the selected construction manager are expected to work side by side as a collaborative team from the earliest stages of the project.

Only those firms submitting complete packages that best meet the needs of the County will be considered, regardless of past contracts with the County. The County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any informality deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County and/or Southwest Arkansas PDD is not responsible for lost or misdirected submittals.
