Sealed bids from licensed contractors for the Lake Columbia Levee Repair Project, will be received by Columbia County, AR at the Columbia County Courthouse: Attn: Judge Doug Fields; #1 Court Square; Magnolia, AR 71753. All bids must have “SEALED BID” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. The bid opening will occur at the Columbia County Courthouse at #1 Court Square; Magnolia, AR 71753 . Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 18, 2026 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Lake Columbia Campground address of 1260 Col 53 Waldo, Arkansas 71730 on August 12, 2026 at 10:00A.M.
The scope of work consists of: Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for the completion of the Lake Columbia Levee Repair Project. Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be purchased from the Engineer for $100.00 per physical set. No refunds will be made. Digital copies can be obtained free of cost.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
