INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids addressed to the City of Holly Grove, will be received at the Holly Grove City Hall, 154 Herd E. Stone St, Holly Grove, AR 72069, until 3:00pm on August 27, 2026, for the construction of HOLLY GROVE GREAT STRIDES TRAIL. The sealed bids will then be opened and publicly read aloud. The work includes all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the work as described in the project plans and specifications.

The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED that Arkansas State Contractor Licensing Law applies to this project. Subcontractors are also required to be licensed according to Arkansas State Law. Licensure is not required to submit a bid; however, evidence of licensure shall be provided to the Owner prior to signing the contract.
The City of Holly Grove is not responsible for lost or misguided bids.
