RSOQ - Engineering Development Review & Inspection Services

The City of Grover Beach (City) submits this RSOQ to solicit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified firms or individuals (herein referred to as “consultants”) to provide Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms for Engineering Development Review and Inspection Services.

The City of Grover Beach anticipates fluctuating and unpredictable levels of development applications in the coming fiscal years. Due to a higher than average volume of development projects currently in review, the Public Works Department is seeking statements of qualifications from civil engineering firms for as-needed development review services and site inspections to help offset the fluctuating workload for the department’s limited staff capacity.  The department is seeking to qualify multiple firms to provide these services on an as-needed basis.
