    The City of Paterson, New Jersey shall receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Agent Office, located at, City
    Hall, 155 Market Street, 4th Floor, Paterson, New Jersey 07505 until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on display
    in the Purchasing Office, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 and then publicly opened, and read aloud in the 4th
    fl. Conference Room for the Following: PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES
    FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND DIVISIONS, RE-BID NO. 26.14
    TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, notice is hereby given that beginning January 1, 2026,
