The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for 25-033 E-Rate LAN Equipment for 25/26 SY.
The period of performance is from the date of award to January 30th, 2026 with three (3) option years in one (1) year increments. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held Friday, November 1st at 9:00 am
at 3150 McCart Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76110 (Professional Development Center)
.
Each vendor who submits a proposal for consideration is highly encouraged to be present at the meeting or have an authorized representative present.
Job walks will begin immediately after the pre-proposal meeting, beginning at Pascal High School, 3001 Forest Park, Fort Worth, TX 76110
