The Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (DHE) is seeking a communications partner to brand and promote financial aid in Massachusetts. Massachusetts has added $200 million in state financial aid over the past two budget years and seeks to build a singular brand for financial aid in the Commonwealth that is clear, concise, compelling, and reaches students and families most in need of financial aid to attend college. The branding and communications campaign is central to DHE's efforts to increase awareness of and, in turn, increase access to, post-secondary opportunities for students historically underrepresented in higher education.
