A solicitation will follow this notice.
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVSL) has a requirement for a Gel Imaging Documentation System. The Contractor's unit price must include all costs associated with furnishing and delivering all materials and for performing all work required under the contract in a complete and acceptable manner. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) commercial supplies purchase order for this requirement.
This is a brand-name requirement, please see the attached brand-name justification.
