    QUESTIONS
    1. What is the deck height?
    +/- 11 Feet.
    2. What is the existing ACT? We want to be able to accurately match this product.
Our intent is so that we can reuse salvaged tiles are much as we can. If more are
needed, they’re to match existing. From previous suite renovation drawings, it
was mentioned that they’re building standard.
    3. Does the Demountable Partition for the conference room need a header (if so,
please provide detail as per 5/A011)?
    1. If it does require a header, is it above ACT or a soffit? What is the
    elevation?
From further coordination with the manufacturer (Teknion TekVue), the door has
been switched to sliding glass door. The demountable partition and door will be
owner furnished and will be installed by Teknion to maintain warranty. They will
provide ceiling track for the demountable partition. GC to provide coordination
    with the installed as needed.
    4. How are we to stock materials for this project?
Materials can be held on 1st floor in unfinished/unoccupied space.
    5. Are we to use the elevator or are we able to remove a window to move materials
    in and out?
    Elevators can be used
    6. Are we to work normal business hours?
Yes, you can work during normal business hours. If you would like to work
outside of normal business hours, Property Manager, Elizabeth Fritch, can get
    you access to building
    7. Is door 103 part of the demountable partition or are we to provide that?

show the image of the signage. Please see below. The signage is to be provided
    and installed by the GC.
    12. The door schedule is calling for all office, IT and Storage doors to be hollow
    metal. Is this correct?
Information on schedule is incorrect. Door 101, 102, 104, and 105 are supposed
to be a reinstalled of salvaged wood doors.
    13. Verify if we are to replace the sprinkler pipe with the slip-fit fittings that is located
    in the remodel area?
Sprinkler piping within the remodel area shall be modified or adjusted as needed
to provide compliant coverage for the new layout per NFPA 13. A full system
redesign is not anticipated. Existing branch lines and sprinkler heads may be
relocated, adjusted, or reconfigured to achieve the required coverage. Use of
slip-fit fittings or replacement of existing piping shall follow the delegated fire
protection design prepared, stamped, and sealed by the fire protection
    subcontractor’s engineer of record.
    14. The architectural drawings indicate that door 103 is in the owner furnished

for future modular furniture installation. Please confirm whether the cubicle pole
option is acceptable in lieu of floor boxes,
Please provide floor boxes as part of the bid. Once total costs are known, it is
possible these will be replaced with power poles for the cubicles.
