1. What is the deck height?
+/- 11 Feet.
2. What is the existing ACT? We want to be able to accurately match this product.

needed, they’re to match existing. From previous suite renovation drawings, it
was mentioned that they’re building standard.

please provide detail as per 5/A011)?
1. If it does require a header, is it above ACT or a soffit? What is the
elevation?
From further coordination with the manufacturer (Teknion TekVue), the door has
been switched to sliding glass door. The demountable partition and door will be
owner furnished and will be installed by Teknion to maintain warranty. They will
provide ceiling track for the demountable partition. GC to provide coordination
with the installed as needed.

in the remodel area?
Sprinkler piping within the remodel area shall be modified or adjusted as needed
to provide compliant coverage for the new layout per NFPA 13. A full system
redesign is not anticipated. Existing branch lines and sprinkler heads may be

protection design prepared, stamped, and sealed by the fire protection
