REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Park Picnic Benches

The City of Coolidge Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids for 40-50 park picnic benches for various parks. Proposals will be delivered to the office of the City Clerk, 130 West Central Avenue on or before 2:00 pm December 18, 2025. Faxed or electronic proposals will not be accepted. A complete copy of the Request for Proposal can be obtained from the Parks and Recreation Department, 351 N. Arizona Blvd Coolidge, AZ 85128 or by visiting our website at www.coolidgeaz.com.

The City of Coolidge reserves the right to accept the lowest proposal; consider alternatives; to reject any or all bids; or to waive irregularities or information in any proposal. Proposals received after the specified time of opening will be returned unopened.
