The City of Richmond, Virginia (the âCityâ), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities (âDPUâ), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for two projects located at the Cityâs Water Treatment Plant. The Korah 1, Korah 2, and Korah 3 Pump Stations provide critical service to the City's water system. Each pump station has a unique set of work required to replace certain equipment (the âWorkâ).
