The University of Iowa solicits proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide venues for off campus events which may include catering services. Please include all materials, equipment, labor and services necessary to conduct an event. Please be aware that this is an extensive bid and should include venue location, materials, equipment, labor and services, and catering options available with pricing.
All Suppliers are cautioned to allow ample time for the submittal of RFP responses well before the due date time requirement. Bids must be submitted via the eBid system, information submitted outside the system will not be accepted. Questions can be asked in the question portion of the bid.
