GENERAL NOTICE
The City of St. Michael (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of 39th Street Lift Station & Forcemain Decommission Project. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 2:00pm local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of St. Michael will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Those interested in viewing the online Bid opening are welcome to join the meeting by logging on to https://zoom.us/join or calling 1.646.931.3860 and entering Meeting ID 979 4485 1168 and Passcode 590430. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:
1 EACH Abandon Lift Station 3200 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 210 L F Abandon Forcemain 800 C Y Common Excavation 900 TON Aggregate Base Class 5 240 TON Bituminous Paving 220 L F 8” HDPE Pipe Sewer – Directional Drilled 980 L F 8” PVC Pipe Sewer 150 L F 48” Diameter Sanitary Manhole |

| Additional Description: |
The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of St. Michael shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. |
