It is the intent and purpose of the advertisement to secure bids for the purchase and delivery of gasoline, on-road diesel, off-road diesel, and heating oil for all Cecil County locations. Delivery of gasoline and diesel products shall be set up on automatic delivery and on a will-call schedule dependent on location and/or product requested.
