Consultant Services New Tanker Base Residence, La Ronge, Saskatchewan

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to Prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Consultant Service for New Tanker Base Residence, La Ronge, Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Consultant will be required to provide schematic design, detailed design, drawings, specifications, tender documents and Contract Administration during construction.

GOS is seeking competitive proposals for the provision of professional prime consultant services to undertake Consultant Services for a new Tanker Base Residence, La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Upon completion of construction, the space will be occupied by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) personnel. Therefore, the space is required to conform with SPSA standards.

Phase 1: Preliminary Design, Concept and Cost Analysis
Phase 2: Detailed Design
Phase 3: Tendering, Pre & Post construction Services

Deliverables will include schematic or conceptual designs, working demolition and construction drawings for the various stages contemplated for the work, construction oversight, contract administration, and other advice and assistance typically offered by design team to an owner for a construction project.
