The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional traffic operations and engineering services on an as-needed, task-order basis statewide.The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $10,000,000 per term.The solicitation information and documents are available at www.bidexpress.com.
