The City of Killeen will receive sealed proposals for 25-23 Stonetree Golf Club House Renovation and Improvement Project electronically through the City’s eProcurement Portal or addressed to the City of Killeen, Attn: Purchasing Division, 802 N. 2nd Street, Building E, 2nd Floor, Killeen, Texas 76541, until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 . Mailed or hand delivered proposal's must be sealed and plainly marked with the name and address of the vendor and RFP NO. 25-23 Stonetree Golf Club House Renovation and Improvement Project , 2:00 pm , Tuesday, March 18, 2025 ”.

An optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Stonetree Golf Club 1600 Stonetree Dr, Killeen, TX 76543 .

Questions will be accepted on the OpenGov e-bidding site , until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 . Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the OpenGov e-bidding site . It is the proposer’s responsibility to obtain and acknowledge all addendums.
