Description
The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified firms for financial analysis services to perform true-up reconciliation and auditing activities in connection with the Subvention Agreement between the City and the Project Owner of The Village at Westfield Topanga.
Pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Subvention Agreement, the Office of the City Administrative Officer is responsible for procuring independent financial analysis services to facilitate a subvention process, which requires true-up reconciliation and audit of net new tax revenues generated by the Project.
