ITB-Sawmill Creek Stream Restoration & Greenway Project

The Town of Morrisville invites submittals of sealed bids for the Morrisville Tributary (Sawmill Creek) Stream Restoration and Greenway Project.

This advertisement is published to readvertise this Invitation to Bid in accordance with N.C.G.S. 143-128.1A(d), extending the response due date from August 5, 2026, 11:00AM to a new bid deadline of August 13, 2026, 11:00 AM EST.

Sealed bids will be received on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, until 11:00 AM EST in Town Council Chambers located at 100 Town Hall Drive, Morrisville, NC. The contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents, is judged to be reasonable, and does not exceed the funds available. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to award the contract, which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Town.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST at 100 Town Hall Drive, Morrisville, NC.
