031092 Replace Water Heaters Various Buildings

The State University of New York, Buffalo State University, will receive sealed bids for project number 031092 titled Replace Water Heaters Various Building until 1:00 p.m. local time on June 26, 2025 at Clinton Center room 225. Bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. local time on June 26, 2025 at Clinton Center Room 208. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to Attn: Carrie Pavis, Clinton Center 225, Buffalo State University, 1300 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo NY 14222. Proposals that are mailed should be sent “Return Receipt Requested”.

All work on this Contract is to be completed within 310 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed”) Refer to the contract documents, Project Manual, Division 1 – General Requirements for additional scheduling information regarding dates for onsite construction mobilization and completion.

A non-mandatory Pre-bid conference and site inspection will be held at Buffalo State University on June 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time with all contractors assembled at Clinton Center first floor lobby. Failure to attend will not be grounds for extra compensation due to field conditions encountered on this project.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
