REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR PROFESSIONAL AIRPORT PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT SERVICES 2026-2031
The City of Minot’s Minot International Airport (Airport), located in Ward County, North Dakota, is requesting Statements of Qualifications for Professional Airport Planning and Environmental Consultant Services at the Minot International Airport for projects in the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), and others, as may be necessary over a five-year term (2026-2031).
The project will consist of master agreement for planning and environmental consulting services related to a variety of airport projects over a five-year term. All firms must provide six (6) bound copies and one (1) digital version of the Qualifications Statement must be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. CDST on November 14, 2025, to:
