TO: ALL BIDDERS
RE: 1525 Ellis Ave
The following changes and/or clarifications have been made to the above referenced project. Whenever
the plans and/or specifications, etc. are inconsistent, this addendum shall govern:
Bid Bond:
The Bid Bond shall be 10 % instead of 5%
Scope or work:
No extra foundation does not have to be removed. Remove all lose debris on site from previous
demolition.
Payment Bond Paper attached.
