Description: The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (NYS DOCCS) is seeking vendors to assist in providing Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) services to incarcerated individuals. The contractor must comply and remain accredited and certified, throughout the term of the contract, with all New York State and Federal rules and regulations as set by oversight agencies, including but not limited to: Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), Department of Health (DOH), New York State Education Department (NYSED), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement (BNE), and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
