AI Chatbot

The State University of New York Maritime College (SUNY Maritime), seeks a vendor to design and implement an AI powered chatbot to deliver efficient, engaging, and contextually accurate user interactions. Vendor should have at least five years of higher education expertise in producing work that supports a broad range of goals, specifically positively influencing student enrollment through customized, strategy-based creative work.

This procurement is subject to New York State Finance Law §§139-j &-k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed as a designated contact. Contacting any other individuals at the SUNY Maritime College in connection with this advertisement, may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any New York State agency.

Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, New York State Finance Law §§139-j & -k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a, as well as valid and current New York State Worker’s Compensation and New York State Disability insurance forms.
