New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) is releasing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to seek bids from responsive and responsible vendors who can provide Titan Platform Licenses. Titan is a native Salesforce solution that offers features such as document generation, e-signature, web forms, and contract lifecycle management (CLM). The goal of implementing these licenses is to address development challenges for current use cases, streamline workflows within Technology & Innovation, reduce technical debt, and provide a scalable solution that meets the organization’s evolving needs.

By submitting a bid, the bidder is certifying that it is capable of delivering the required product in the form, function, and utility required by this IFB.
