SUNY Fredonia intends to purchase Draper Walk Draw Divider Curtains utilizing the Sourcewell Contract 050924-DRP pursuant to its authority under Section 163 (3) (vi) of the State Finance Law, which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium in lieu of using a centralized contract and/or without a formal competitive bid process when justified by price.

This procurement is subject to the NYS Lobby Law under State Finance Law § 139 J&K.
