Empire State University is using its discretionary authority to seek a responsive and responsible printing and mail service vendor to provide color correcting, printing, and mailing services for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Connections Magazine.
Empire State University intends to make an award under our discretionary authority under NYS Education Law ยง355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above-noted commodity/product or service.
