The City of Oskaloosa is accepting bids for the Burlington Road Reconstruction Project. This project includes PCC pavement work, Storm Sewer construction, Water Main construction, and various other related items. Additional information can be found in the attached documents.


Bids must be filed at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 220 South Market Street, City of Oskaloosa Iowa by 11:00 AM on June 25th, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened and read in the City Council chambers of the same location at that time.

Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued on or around August 3rd, 2026, with all work on the project to be completed by no later than November 20th, 2026.
