Description: The Genesee Transportation Council seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct a guiderail and horizontal curve study in Yates County. The purpose of the project is to conduct a comprehensive study, assessment and evaluation of existing guiderail and horizontal curve locations and needed improvements to assist the process of planning and prioritizing projects for the County's 15-year roadway replacement and reconstruction plan. Project anticipated for completion by June 30, 2026.
