Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (RWSA) is seeking proposals from qualified Curtailment Service Providers (CSPs) to manage and optimize RWSAâs participation in PJM Interconnectionâs Emergency Load Response Program (ELRP). PJMâs ELRP is a demand response program designed to compensate end-use customers for voluntarily reducing electricity consumption during grid emergencies, helping to maintain grid reliability and prevent blackouts. The program offers opportunities for participants to earn revenue through capacity payments (for availability) and energy payments (for actual performance during events).
