Synopsis:
|
|
Creative Saskatchewan is seeking a qualified provider to manage the day-to-day operations, rental administration, and facility oversight of the John Hopkins Regina Soundstage. The successful proponent will serve as the primary liaison between tenants, SaskBuilds (building owner), and Creative Saskatchewan.
Scope of Services Includes:

Rental coordination and contract management

Facility access and security oversight

Tenant onboarding/offboarding

Maintenance coordination (cleaning, HVAC, etc.)

Parking lot management

Emergency response and compliance

Stakeholder communications and reporting
