Alpine School District HVAC Controls Upgrade Westfield Elementary School

Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Upgrading the school's automatic temperature control system by replacing the current system with a new system.

It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

The closing date and time for this sourcing event is Thursday, October 30, 2025, @ 2:00 PM Mountain Time. If your time is different from that shown, your profile may be set to a different time zone. Pre-Bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. MST. Please meet in the main front office. Westfield Elementary 380 South Long Dr. Alpine, UT 84004.
Bidders must be early or on time, as the walk-through will be closed precisely at the listed time. THOSE EVEN ONE MINUTE LATE WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
Length of the Contract
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project. The projected construction start date is ASAP, and the completion date is April 1st, 2026.
Background
ASD consistently maintains and upgrades the systems in each of its buildings to ensure they are running effectively and efficiently. Westfield Elementary has aging equipment and needs upgrades.
Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and Alpine School District Physical Facilities Department is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as “the District”). The reference number for this RFP is Solicitation #ASD10302025HM. This solicitation number must be referred to on all proposals, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the District relating to this RFP.
