Description:

SUNY Cortland requests your consideration for Construction-Related Term Consultant Agreements for a 3 year term from 2025-2028.

The maximum cumulative value of consulting services for each Agreement will be $700,000 and the single project consultant fee limit under each Agreement will be $200,000.

There will be three (3) consultants Agreements awarded through this RFQ.

Architecture (projects which are predominately architecture, but may require
engineering sub-consultants)
Full-Service Engineering
Civil/Landscape Architecture
