SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's (DCSA), Industrial Security Directorate (ISD) is seeking sources for a business analytical or due diligence software capability that can search voluminous private and public company data points. These points of data must include but are not limited to financial information, real-time mergers and acquisition transactions, ownership information, corporate organization, patents, politically exposed persons and sanctions. Additionally, and specifically, access to information including organizations in all legal forms: non-profit, academic institutions, sole proprietor, LLCs, LLPs, Funds, special purpose acquisition company, Joint Ventures as well as governments and sovereigns. Provide DCSA with a list of an entity’s patents and related information – i.e. who owns the patent, where is it patented, etc. Legal findings about companies and people – connected to or directly involved with US and Foreign owned entities and people, etc. Provides critical and emerging technologies information. Provides information on the connections to sanctioned peoples or entities. Lastly, access to foreign owned, controlled, or influenced (FOCI), cross-border financial and technological flows, nefarious financial ties, socio-economic indices, watchlists and supply-chain data.

Responses should include:

1. Business name and address;

2. Name of company representative and their business title;

3. Type of Business;

4. CAGE Code and Unique Entity ID;

5. Your contract vehicles that would be available to the

Government for the procurement of the product.

Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than five pages) demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in this description. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly

marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all

submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government and contractor personnel reviewing sources sought responses will have signed non- disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
