Request for Proposal
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for WOODLANDS SANITARY REPAIRS, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The work is to complete the rehabilitation of a damaged sanitary sewer pipe located along Woodcrest Avenue. CCTV inspection has confirmed a sag of approximately 15–20% and a significant crack (up to 20 mm wide) in the 200 mm vitrified clay tile pipe, constructed in 1978.
