Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, for DPW
Project 26530 REBID: JCC Nampa Exterior Paint/Seal, Department of Juvenile Corrections, Nampa,
Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Exterior Work includes selective repair
of existing Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) and repainting of all exterior EIFS and CMU wall
surfaces in their entirety, including the backsides of parapets and the basketball courtyard, as well as
repainting of exterior doors, door frames, steel window frames, and exposed steel conduit as noted.
Interior Work includes repainting of general wall surfaces and hollow metal door frames within the
Administrative and Information Technology suites. The Project also includes an Alternate for repainting of the
Mini Gym.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, beginning at 2:00 p.m., prevailing
local time, at the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections, 1650 11th Avenue North, Nampa, Idaho
83687. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $500.00. Others may
obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $251,300.00
