Synopsis:
|
|
The Town of Choiceland is requesting tenders for the construction of a heated storage building in Choiceland, SK. The dimensions of the building are to be 50’x60’ with 16’ ceilings. The layout will consist of two overhead doors, measuring 24’x12’ each. The bid must include a concrete pad and foundation, with in-floor drains with proper grading. The newly constructed building will be attached to an existing building, which measures 16’x20’ with 8’ ceilings. The building will have natural gas heat, full electrical service of lights and plug-in outlets. Interior and exterior walls and roof will be insulated and sheeted with metal cladding. Must be built in compliance with 2020 National Building Code of Canada. Construction is to be completed by November 30, 2025.
Tender winner is responsible for all permits and inspections. WCB letter of clearance and proof of general liability insurance must also be provided.
The Town would prefer that bidders have an on-site meeting to discuss the full scope of the project.
The lowest and any tender may not necessarily be accepted. The Town of Choiceland reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
