Supplemental Pre Employment Background Check Services

The City of Surprise, Arizona (the "City") wishes to contract with additional firm(s) or individual(s) to provide Supplemental Pre Employment Background Check Services via an automated process for the City’s hiring process. This solicitation is designed to cover multiple purchases throughout the City's fiscal year. It is the intent of the City to award a multi-term and multi-award contract(s) as specified, at a fair market price.

This proposal is SUPPLEMENTAL to the current awarded contract # 324084 Pre-Employment Background Check Services. If you were awarded a contract under the original solicitation, you do NOT need to submit a response to this solicitation. Based upon the anticipated and continued growth of the number of City employees, it has been determined additional vendors are necessary to meet the increased amount and time performance of screenings necessary; therefore, it is in the best interest of the City to issue a SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
