K901 - Highwood Museum - Air Conditioning

The Town of High River (the “Town”) invites proposals from qualified HVAC contractors for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new air conditioning system at the Museum Facility.
The intent of this RFP is to obtain a complete, fully functional cooling system designed to properly serve the existing museum spaces, including all associated electrical, mechanical, and installation requirements.
A mandatory site visit is strongly recommended to determine accurate cooling load requirements, equipment sizing, and installation constraints prior to submitting a proposal.
