Uninterruptible Power Supplies & Services

Cybera's ShareIT program is inviting experienced value-added resellers (VARs) to
supply uninterruptible power supply devices, related peripherals, management
software, and professional services. The goal of this procurement is to meet the
power management and device protection needs of ShareIT Members through an
open competition. The project aims to provide reliable, scalable, secure, and
compliant solutions to support the evolving needs of members.
The selected VAR(s) must:
? Provide new, high-quality UPS and related devices, software, and services to
ShareIT members.
? Deliver professional and timely customer support.
? Offer innovative technology to support ShareIT members’ operations.
? Enable ShareIT members to purchase all their UPS hardware, software,
licensing, and service needs through Master Agreement(s).
? Provide full reporting and performance management.
? Deliver sustainable and predictable pricing.
? Support members by identifying risk and mitigation strategies.
? Recognize and support process improvements and cost reductions.
? Incorporate sustainability and recycling considerations.
? Ensure compliance with relevant standards (CSA, local electrical code, etc.).
? Reduce the costs of competitive procurement processes associated with UPS
procurement and services.
