Lubicon Lake Band
Construction of a new community recreation building with main lobby, fieldhouse area,
hockey arena, concession washrooms, change rooms, second floor fitness room,
storage rooms, provisions for a future suspended walking and running track and ancillary
spaces. Mechanical and electrical building infrastructure. It also includes exterior civil
work, site work, parking lots, concrete flatwork and connections to existing municipal
infrastructure, as well a hard and soft landscaping. All as described in the Contract
Documents.
