DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice to procure undercounter medical grade refrigerators at the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Procedures.
